Sacred Rituals and Energy Medicine
In a world where being busy is rewarded, we have become hyper-focused on grinding through tasks each day that leave us feeling drained and depleted.
We have become caught in an unconscious loop.
We have lost touch with our true selves.
We have become numb.
If we have more energy going out than we have going in, life will ALWAYS feel out of balance.
Become drawn to what gives you energy. Notice when you go throughout your day, only to perform activities that drain your energy. Notice this imbalance. Understand that the MOST important thing for you to do every day is to care for your energy!
Caring for yourself and your energy FIRST is essential to living a balanced life.
I believe we all long for sacred rituals. But we’ve forgotten what fills our cup! We let societal norms dictate our priorities. We focus on what we feel society wants us to focus on. We have forgotten who we are. But once we rediscover that nothing is more important than caring for ourselves and our energy, then we can begin to shift towards a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I have many different rituals that I perform throughout my day. I realize my rituals may not resonate with everyone, but coming up with ideas can be overwhelming. So I’m sharing the rituals that have worked for me, in hopes it may inspire you to find your own.
